overall history • being the only child from the royal pair, bonnibel got spoiled- mainly by her father since he was so lenient and laid back, about the opposite of his mate, calista. the queen was rather strict and bossy. she never took no for an answer. calista taught bonbon how to be proper and how to get others to listen, preparing her to lead the pride after they die. when bonnibel proved herself that she could do things on her own, such as hunt, scout around and socialize she got the permanent marking of her fathers paw print on her shoulder.
though bonnibel didn't want to deal with the responsibility it took to run a pride. she tried telling her parents that she couldn't do it, but her mom didn't care. the king on the other hand felt bad for bonnibel. so one night her father took her to a place fairly far from the territory to gave her a necklace made of vines (that was the queens once)- the necklace signified the royalty was being passed to her. he wanted her to live a free life and enjoy herself. after saying her goodbyes bonbon went on her own.
